THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE LIMITED TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY FORMS DELIVERED BY CUSTOMER ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN.
 
TERMS OF SALE REGARDING PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THIS WEBSITE DEFINITIONS

The following constitutes a binding legal agreement between Relinked Studios ("the Company") and you ("the Customer") regarding the software products created and sold by the Company ("the Products"). Customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale by making a purchase, placing an order on Relinked Studios' Website (the "Site").

INDEMNIFICATION

In no event will the Company be liable to any party for damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, for the use of the Products. This includes, but is not restricted to, any lost profits or business interruption. The Customer is solely and personally responsible for protecting against and verifying any and all threats to their computer system(s), including viruses, system failures, privacy leaks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Because software is not a physical item that can be returned, all sales of the Products are considered final. The Company may choose to allow refunds under certain circumstances, but this is solely at the Company's discretion. Any refunds may be provided by check or bank transfer, regardless of the original method of payment.

The Products may be available for sale through affiliates, partners, or other third parties. The Company makes no endorsement of the products or services of the third parties, and EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES regarding these vendors and their products, or the use of said products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Company offers customer service for installation and use of the Products. The nature, availability and lifetime of any free technical support service offered by the Company with respect to the Company Products, will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

LICENSING

Without obtaining prior written permission from The Company, the Customer may not (a.) use, copy, modify, alter, or transfer the Software or documentation except as expressly provided in this Agreement; (b.) translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse program or otherwise reverse engineer the Software; (c.) sublicense or lease the Software or its documentation; or (d.) use the Software in a multi-user, network, or multiple computer environment or in a rental, time sharing or computer service business. Without prejudice to any other rights, The Company may terminate this Agreement if the Customer fails to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, the Customer must destroy all copies of the Software. Software, trial, and license administration may be subject to digital rights management (DRM) process and determination of fair use at the sole discretion of the Company.

As the Customer, you must furnish your resident country, when you purchase Products through the Company website. This also applies to sales through affiliates, partners, or other third parties. If the Customer has furnished a fake resident country, the Company has the right to cancel the license(s) bought by the Customer without prior notice and refund.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 

AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement and the terms and conditions thereof from time to time, in its sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
